Customer Service Coordinator - This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. Key job duties include answering phones, scheduling service, greeting customers, data entry and other general office tasks. Qualified candidates will have a strong customer service background, including 3-4 years of previous customer service experience.
Lead Customer Service Coordinator - This is a full-time position, requiring 40-50 hours per week. Key job duties include the coordination of estimates and installations for several branches, managing customer service and coordinating schedules. Qualified candidates will have a strong customer service background, 5+ years of experience working in a professional setting and proven leadership skills. Previous management experience is preferred.
Installation Technician - This is a fast-paced, seasonal position, requiring 40-60 hours/ week. Key job duties include assisting with installation of residential and commercial irrigation systems. Qualified candidates will have previous experience working in an outdoor setting.
Service Technician - This is a fast-paced, full-time position, requiring 40-60 hours/week. Key job duties include repairs and additions to existing irrigation systems and season maintenance including spring startups and fall blowouts. Qualified candidates will have 3-4 years of previous irrigation experience, excellent problem solving skills and a strong customer service background.
