Due to company growth RainMaster Lawn Systems is looking to add to its office staff. A full-time Customer Service Coordinator position is now available!
This fast-paced position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. Key job duties include answering phones, scheduling service, coordinating schedules, marketing projects and other general office duties. Qualified candidates will have a strong customer service background, including 3-4 years of previous customer service experience, a high level of accuracy and excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel. Previous experience in an office setting is required, previous experience in marketing is preferred.
